Reiki Healing
can be a physical experience, a spiritual experience, or both. In addition to stress, tension and pain relief, Reiki healing recipients have expressed feelings of levity and lightness days after conducting session. And experiencing synchronicity, peaceful states of mind. These include a deep sense of warmth and belonging.

Reiki healing energy is a universal presence tapped into since the days of Atlantis and Lumeria, by the healers and shamans of their time. This force contains healing and enlightening elements, which can be experienced by individuals in vastly different ways. Patients are given post and pre reiki session guidance and are informed to schedule their days to correctly prepare for the peace and calm/tiredness they may experience after a reiki session. Hydration is a must. As well as maintaining a light or event free schedule for 24hrs after a session is conducted. Clients are advised to be driven to the appointment, if possible, in the event any sedative effects may hinder ones ability to maintain alertness while driving. And are instructed to read and understand the post reiki expectations thoroughly before leaving the facility.

Re-discovered my Dr. Mikao Usui of Japan in 1922, our practitioners utilize the Usui Reiki Ryoho method of energy healing to deliver stress & pain relief to individuals with great results. Individual sessions cannot be guaranteed, as each individual has unique blockages, anchors and traumas that cannot be approached under a one size fits all healing modality.
what to expect
Participants are asked to remove footwear and metals before laying on a massage bed, where the reiki will be conducted. Blankets are offered before session begins. As well as water bottles in the waiting room. It is recommended you bring a large personal water bottle.
Patients lie down and are greeted with solfeggio frequency songs and sound, and offered eye cover to relax the eyes. At the crown and brow chakra, patients have reported seeing lights, geometric patterns and feelings of deep calm.
At the throat chakra, a hover healing location, energies may cause individuals to cough or feel an itchy throat, as the energy lifts the blockage and the body emits its energies. Individuals may ask for water at any time. The decongesting portion of reiki is only temporary however. Individuals report experiencing a sense of calm and enlightenment at this phase.
At the heart chakra people experience sensations of warmth and relaxation. This tends to be the chakra which puts people into alpha or theta brain wave frequency states however, and this leads to feelings of tiredness and deep calm. Individuals report a dream like or meditative state of presence.
The heart chakra are the phase in which energy leaving the foot or feet may be experienced by the patient. This feeling can be described as radiating energy or slight frequency changes or pulses in the center of the foot, specifically the right foot.
These are just the negatively charged ions leaving an individuals foot, in a process known as ionic exchange. This exchange occurs when individuals lay bare feet to the earth with healing intention in the process known as grounding, or earthing,
Individuals are invited to utilize our grounding mat after the session has ended, this mat connects to the ground wire of the wall and absorbs the ions leaving the feet.
At the solar plexus and sacral chakra individuals will continue to experience the meditative calm and relaxing sounds and frequencies. Energy release may come at any time but are experienced heavily during the solar plexus and sacral chakras.

Twitching,
Gas or intestinal movement or sounds,
Flushing sensations,
Warmth or Cold
Feelings of euphoria,
Deep relaxation

At the root chakra will be more ionic exchange and feelings of safety and control. Individuals will begin to experience the raking process, a period in which the practitioner "rakes" the negative energies off and away from the patient. This will begin the final phases of your reiki session.
Clients then turn on their stomachs and experience chakra energy healing through the channels on their back. The total session time will be around 50-60mins.

We recommend clients schedule their day according to the impacts or energy shifts reiki sessions may induce. This includes proper hydration and maintaining a low stimulation, relaxed or event free day. Please allow a further 48-72 hrs of development to occur via proper nutrition, hydration, self compassion and spiritual relationship. This allows the absorption of reiki's healing energies to properly cycle throughout the body. Meridian line areas that experience releases will continue to heal. Individuals are encouraged to maintain proper nutrition.
